Ellen is the Founder and Executive Managing Director for Prominent Real Estate Services and Co-Founder for Promont Management with a distinguished career in the commercial and residential real estate industry. Drawing on her expertise from various leadership roles at both publicly traded companies and non-profit organizations, she combines a unique blend of skills from both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. She is recognized as an industry leader both locally and internationally having received multiple awards and earned numerous prestigious designations.
Under her leadership, Prominent Real Estate Services and Promont Management have built a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties, reflecting her deep knowledge of real estate development and investment. Ellen’s commitment to advancing the industry is demonstrated through her active involvement in various professional organizations.
Currently, Ellen serves as Immediate Past President for the CCIM Foundation; as the Director for the CCIM Institute and the Real Estate Institute of Canada BC Chapter; as the Director for the Rotary Club of Vancouver-Fraserview; and as the member of the Professional Conduct Committee and Board Development Committee for the Greater Vancouver Realtors® (GVR).
Ellen holds the Acc.Dir (Accredited Director), CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager), FRI (Fellow of Real Estate Institute), and RI designations. She also received Master of Real Estate degree from Texas A&M University and Master of Science in Finance & Economics degree from West Texas A&M University.
