He has over 20 years of experience in real estate investment and property management. He has served on each level of organized real estate: regional, provincial and national. Serving as President of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (REBGV) in 2012/2013, he acted as Chair of the Board and media spokesperson for the organization comprising of 11,800 REALTORS®. Over the last 9 years, Eugen has been a catalyst in the completion of a number of complex projects including the formation of the BC Commercial Council (11 BC real estate board organization), and the establishment of a provincial commercial listing service (clslink.ca). Eugen serves as director for the Arts Club Theatre and the Land Title Survey Authority. Eugen graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Commerce in Urban Land Economics. In addition to his vocational designations, he also holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. Eugen was recognized with the "Top 40 Under 40" award by Business in Vancouver in 2013. He was the recipient of the Bentall Kennedy Literary Award in 2011. Eugen provides advisory services to a number of law firms when called upon and has been a Supreme Court expert witness in the field of real estate and professional conduct for over a dozen cases since 2013. Eugen was born and raised in North Vancouver, BC.
